*Equipment note: To ensure the safety of the Travel Trailer and equipment, WE will transport it to and from the campsite, moving the RV on your own violates this rule and will result in immediate forfeiture of your camp. The kitchen in the camper is stocked with the essential equipment (such as pots, pans, and silverware). Unless noted, no consumables are included (such as toilet paper, towels, or bath products) and are your responsibility. All regular campground rules must still be adhered to, but number of people camping in the RV can be changed as this is a larger structure. If you have any questions or concerns, please Contact Us.

This package is either for those who have camped before or for those who want the whole learning experience for themselves! Please note that NOTHING is included in this package EXCEPT for your campsite and the RV! An expert will meet you in the parking lot, assess your knowledge base, and will give you instructions on how to get to your site, the RV will already be parked there and hooked up (if applicable). We give free advice, and can check in on you at least once a day, if needed. Should you find you forgot anything or change your mind about your camping needs at any time, we can always arrange to change your package. Help is always just a call away, and we never want you to feel alone or unsafe. Note that YOU are responsible for your own transportation, food, non-food, cooking, cleaning, and all your own campfire needs. We want you to have the best experience possible, but any assistance will have an extra little fee. Specific instructions about the RV will also be given prior to your check in.

Yay for camping with a friend! We understand that camping for the first time can be kind of scary...Wh..What was that noise?!? But seriously, we are here for you! In this package deal, everything is included - Plus we do all the work! (Including set up, tear down, cooking and cleaning!) Your assigned camping expert will meet you in the parking lot, will give you a run down of what to expect, and will even teach you along your camping journey. Your new found bestie will stay with you at the camp site for your entire stay and will ensure you have the best experience, and that nothing crazy happens (it hardly ever does though). All equipment, food, non-food supplies, and campfire needs are included, as well as your campsite and transportation.

This package is for if you don't want to have to pack anything but clothes and your blankets, but still want to camp. Our team sets up a complete camp site for you ahead of your check in, and all you have to do is show up! An expert will meet you in the parking lot, transport you to the site, then give you a tour and instructions. Transportation and your campsite are included in this package. Food, non-food supplies, and campfire equipment are also included but please note that you will have to start a fire and cook on your own. Instructions will be given and help is always available, but any assistance will have an extra charge. While camping isn't hard, we do understand that some things will be unfamiliar so no worries - there is always someone available on call should any issues arise. Specific instructions about the RV will also be given prior to your check in.

*Please note that all inclusive packages such as "Camping Buddies" includes everything you could possibly need except your clothing, toothbrush, deodorant, etc. But, just in case, even if you do forget those things we still have them for sale in our store :)

If you want to try to camp by yourself but still would like some help, this is for you! A camping expert will meet you in the parking lot and will discuss what you can expect, as well as get a better idea of what you might need the most assistance with. They will then take you out to your campsite and help out where needed. In this package, the guide does not stay at the site with you, but don't worry! There is always someone on call should you need a reassuring voice. Included is all your equipment, food, non-food supplies, and campfire needs, as well as your campsite and transportation. Still, don't worry, we won't leave without giving you instructions and advice to the best camping practices! Specific instructions about the RV will also be given prior to your check in.

If you find you would like your trip or event planned, your activities booked (sometimes you just don't have to time or resources!), or just can't think of what to do on your trip, please contact us! We offer a full service Concierge at your request for a small fee.

In addition, our Event Planning Team are some of the best in the industry. Whether it's one person or a hundred people, we've got you covered!

Outdoor and Indoor parties are available, with or without camp rental. Our Event Planning group are certified Travel Agents, so there are no limits on what we can do!

*Nature disclaimer: If you are unfamiliar with the outdoors then you should know that there are things that live out there. Things like bugs and little animals. We cannot control nature, and therefore we must try to abide WITH nature. Having said this, you must know that All living things like food, and if you go camping then those things might want your food. However, none of these animals are aggressive, unless provoked. Please know that we take your health and safety VERY seriously and will provide help and education when it comes to these creatures. PLEASE DO NOT BE SCARED! These things are NOT out to get you, and they do NOT intend to hurt you. We promise that there are ZERO dangerous creatures on any grounds we set up camps on. As for mosquitoes and tiny midges, we can provide bug spray (included in non-food supplies), and if you follow our instructions then racoons should also not be a problem, through they are very curious and food-driven. We will NOT let you or them get injured. We understand all this may be a new thing for you, but we promise, if you are willing to be educated and follow instructions, then there will never be an issue!
